Living simple: Quality, Function, Priority

Hi, long time no see. Long time no write. In this time I would like to invite you over to discuss about a specific topic about the life stories that I have created before, absolutely, it is Maddie ash Jahbulon’s story. Ok, let me go to the discussion. In Maddie’s story I or we… can sum up that Maddie is a person who seek the three vital point as a set of rule in his life. The first point was quality; its mean qualities are more important comparing to quantities.


I can see that Maddie has bought Jethro only because of its quality; Maddie sees that Jethro is not broken at all, that motorcycle still had a good machine, and it’s just wrapped in a bad visual appearance. Nonetheless, Maddie can see that quality over an old motorcycle. According to Maddie, which is very important to him, and me, as the writer, I pour my reflection on Maddie’s character. It reflects me as well. How to measure quality over goods or stuff?

It is quite simple, measure the durability itself, in example on a shoe, ask yourself how durable is this shoes? What this shoe made of? Leather? Canvas? Alternatively, something else? Do some research to know about the shoe materials? Which one suit you the best? After doing that thing, you can go to the next choosing step, and rule, of course. The second smart rule is function. Why do I mention this aspect? Because I know, some simple things are important.

It is like the fundamental thing, even it is not the detail, yet still, it is important for me to know. In shoe, or in every goods, function are always available. In shoe, I consider important the function rather than the price and brand itself. In example, for me, I am better buying an Alden boots, which provide me a manly looks when I wear the boots. I will buy the second handed Alden boots that has a cheaper price, rather than buying a Supra shoe that makes me look so clumsy when I wear it on my feet.

Moreover, we know shoe like supra is more expensive. In addition, it is make you looked like a she male walking with awkward vibes going everywhere. Well personally, price comparison is so much important when I choose or deciding to buy something. The more it saves my money, the better it is, but please, get a good quality stuff with reliable function within. I know it is like searching a treasure, believe me, not all people is asking you about what brand you wear on your body.
Instead, it is not other people business. What I have to do is create a proper look, and matching something with other thing that generate me in a good-looking appearance.
