Sudah menjadi fakta bahwa bully merupakan suatu diskriminasi mental yang terjadi pada seorang individu pelaku interaksi sosial, untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, si korban bully sangat perlu untuk melakukan repetisi dalam metode pelatihan mental yang akan saya jabarkan pada penjelasan dibawah berikut ini. Kamu hanya perlu melatih kepercayaan diri dengan melakukan aktivitas2 yg dapat membuatmu merasa lebih baik, seperti membaca buku motivasi, belajar berkomunikasi, mulai mengubah penampilan dan tata busana kamu, sehingga orang akan mendapatkan penilaian bahwa kamu adalah sosok kepribadian yang penuh dengan kepercayaan diri dan kharismatik yang tinggi.

Percaya pada saya, dalam waktu yang tidak lama setelah kamu menerapkan semua aktivitas bermanfaat seperti yang sudah saya jelaskan di atas tadi, orang orang akan menaruh respek, atau rasa hormat karena pembawaan sikap yang kamu tonjolkan, bahwa kamu adalah sosok kepribadian yang energik, positif dan memiliki nilai pada bobot kepribadianmu itu, sehingga mereka tidak akan mem-bully kamu terus - terusan.
